We are looking for Inside sales representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Focused lead generation and prospecting
  • Account Identification and qualification
  • Disciplined sales qualification
  • Database research and in-house telemarketing
  • CRM input and management
  • Identification of high-level contacts and decision-makers
  • Set and track sales targets and metrics
  • Customer RFQ response and proposal creation
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in Inside sales
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

Education/Other:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

This position in onsite at our Boston, Massachusetts office.
